The first Part 1 course was initiated by our cute and wonderful Teacher Arjun on 28 October 2002, at a Siamese Temple at Batu Dua. Response was hot and 2 other courses quickly followed suit at the same temple.

Thereafter, regular courses were held at member's houses, temples, schools and association halls. We had the good fortune of learning and training under a variety of travelling teachers, such as Arjun, Ee-Mei, Cheang, Helen, Peak Wan, Patricia, K.C. Leong and Hwa Seng, who each had something precious and beautiful to give to us, in their own unique style.

In April 2003, in order to cater to the needs of the rapidly expanding numbers, some core members took a decision to rent a permanent premise above an organic shop in Jln. Sekerat. We were there for a couple of years, before shifting to a larger premise at Bakar Sampah in 2005.

In Febuary 2006, we welcomed our first AOL teacher, Lai Mee, who led short kriya group practices at our centre as well as the surrounding areas. She now teaches Art Excel courses, throughout Malaysia.

In the beginning of 2008, we shifted to our present 'home sweet home' at Jalan Pahlawan, Taman Legenda Indah.

We welcomed our first batch of resident Part 1 teachers - Charon and Shanker who returned from Bali TTC in April 2009, followed shortly by Steven and Lai Peng, from TTC India. Then at the end of 2009, our Chairman, Meng Hooi graduated from TTC (India), together with long-time sevas, Seat Chin and Choi Lin. SP AOl also saw our dedicated seva, Mei Mei made teacher, together with Fong Ying, our youngest teacher.

SP AOL is now expanding to surrounding areas such as Gurun and Guar Chempedak, under the guardianship of 3 teachers - Steven, Choi Lin and Mei Mei.

With 10 home-grown teachers and many, many more to come, we are growing as one big happy family, bubbling with lots of fun-filled activities such as satsangs, knowledge and group practices; not to mention house parties with lots of delicious home-cooked food, to nourish the spirit and the body :))
